Leroy Sparks

Leroy Sparks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at New Flyer since March 2018, Leroy has also held roles as Manufacturing Manager and Quality Manager within the same organization. Prior to New Flyer, Leroy worked at Martinrea International from October 2012 to March 2018 as Quality Manager and Program Manager, where oversight of program lifecycle was executed with a hands-on, results-driven approach. Leroy’s earlier experience includes a position as Quality Manager at Johnan America, Inc. and as Quality Engineer at Dana Holding Corporation. Education was completed at Western Kentucky University.
