Giulianna Boscardin

Giulianna Boscardin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resource management. Currently serving as Global HRBP and Senior Director at Newfold Digital since March 2020, Giulianna has held several notable positions, including Interim VP of Global Learning and Organizational Development and Regional HR Leader for the Americas. Prior roles include Managing Partner at Mind Boost, HRBP LATAM at Solvay, and EMEA Capability Manager at Procter & Gamble, where significant initiatives in cultural change and training were led. Giulianna’s educational background includes a Level 5 CIPD Human Resources Management qualification and ongoing studies in a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo, along with a Master of Business Administration focused on human resources expected to be completed by September 2026.
