Jay Lathia

Jay Lathia is an experienced engineering manager currently leading three teams of 18 engineers specializing in backend (PHP, Python), frontend (React), full stack, WordPress, and mobile app development at Newfold Digital since July 2016. Responsibilities include driving technology-focused initiatives to enhance both employee and customer experiences, ensuring timely project deliveries, conducting technical reviews of important projects, and managing stakeholder relationships. Jay has also contributed to process improvements by setting standards for team efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a senior module lead and senior software engineer at Endurance International Group, as well as positions at Zycus, artistivity, and Inscripts. Jay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology and a diploma in Computer Engineering from Vartak Polytechnic.
