Lavita Nathani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President - Global Learning and Organization Development at Newfold Digital since January 2021. In this role, Lavita is responsible for creating and executing the global learning and organization development vision, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals, values, and culture. Previously, Lavita held the position of Senior Director - Head of APAC HR at both Newfold Digital and Endurance International Group, focusing on comprehensive people strategies and talent management.
