Jason M Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason M began their career at Tandy Corporation as an Architectural Intern, where they were responsible for producing construction documents and coordinating code and accessibility plan reviews for retail locations. Jason M then transitioned to a Certified Sales Specialist role, gaining experience in retail sales and obtaining certification in all sales product categories.

After leaving Tandy Corporation, Adams joined Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford as an Information Systems Manager. In this role, they were responsible for planning, managing, and maintaining corporate IT systems, including client desktops/notebooks, servers, storage, and VoIP. Currently, Adams is working at Newforma as a Technical Support Queue Coordinator. In this role, they are responsible for monitoring, triaging, and reacting to fluctuations in incoming case volume and assigning cases to the appropriate specialists based on complexity and type. Jason M also ensures that contracted service level agreement targets are met and prioritizes critical customer issues.

Jason M Adams earned their High School Diploma in Computer Science from The High School for Science & Engineering Professions at Dunbar, from 1986 to 1990. Jason M continued their education at Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree in Architecture. In addition to their formal education, Jason also holds additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained an Associate Certification from Newforma, and in 2021, they became a Certified Club Race Officer through the United States Sailing Association.
