Kourtney Edwards has a diverse range of work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Kourtney started their career as an Electrical Engineering Student at Nalcor Energy-Lower Churchill Project, where they specialized in Powerhouse Area Engineering. After that, they gained further experience as an Electrical Engineering Student at Newfoundland & Labrador Hydro, where they focused on electrical engineering projects. Kourtney continued to expand their knowledge by working at FortisBC as a Regional Planning Engineering Student, where they gained insights into regional planning and its connection to electrical engineering. Kourtney then moved on to FortisBC as a Transmission & Distribution Standards Engineering Student, where they worked on developing and implementing engineering standards. Subsequently, Kourtney joined Nova Scotia Power as an Electrical Engineer In Training, where they received training and mentorship to further develop their engineering skills. Kourtney'smost recent position is as an Electrical Engineer at Newfoundland Power, where they handle a variety of engineering tasks. Overall, Kourtney has gained valuable experience in different aspects of electrical engineering and has a strong foundation for their career growth in this field.

Kourtney Edwards pursued their education in a chronological order. From 2011 to 2013, they attended the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they focused on ROV studies. Following that, from 2013 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
