Application Analyst at Newfoundland Power

Lisa Mulcahy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa began their career at VOCM Radio in 1997, where they worked as a Reporter and Website Administrator. In 2000, they joined GPC International Inc as a Network Support Specialist, responsible for providing help desk support and managing network hardware and software. Lisa also worked briefly as a Project Coordinator during their time at GPC. In 2002, Lisa joined Newfoundland Power, where they held various roles. As a Help Desk Analyst, they provided initial support for IT issues and performed troubleshooting. Lisa then moved on to become an Infrastructure Analyst, managing AD and exchange accounts and handling IT helpdesk incidents. Later, Lisa became a Programmer Analyst, working with SharePoint and InfoPath forms. In their most recent role as an Application Analyst, they served as a technical lead for various applications, including SharePoint, SQL Reporting Services, and OSIsoft PI Applications. Lisa also provided technical guidance, participated in software development and testing, and created relevant documents and training materials.

Lisa Mulcahy attended the College of the North Atlantic from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Journalism. During this time, they focused on studying Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, and related programs. In 1998, they enrolled at Nortech College in St. John's, NF, and completed their studies in Information Technology by 1999. Lisa's field of study in Nortech College centered around Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
