Darren Brown

Darren Brown is an accomplished insurance and employee benefits professional with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as President and Founding Principal of Total Rewards at Newfront since July 2012, Darren focuses on problem-solving, community building, and collaboration to support clients and partners. Previously, Darren held the position of Managing Director at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, where responsibilities included leadership and P&L management. As Senior Vice President at abd Insurance and Financial Services, Darren developed expertise in employee benefits and healthcare law, emphasizing relationship building. Early in the career, Darren served as Sales VP at CIGNA Healthcare. Darren holds a BA in History from Colgate University and graduated from St. Francis High School.
