Ross Crump

Ross Crump is an experienced leader in the marketing and creative industries, currently serving as President & Managing Partner at NewGen since June 2024, where oversight includes the successful expansion into the U.S. Previously, Ross held multiple roles at Kairos Group (now NewGen), including President & Managing Partner for Kairos USA, focusing on the development and deployment of services, and Chief Strategy Officer, where responsibilities encompassed strategic development and operational efficiency. Ross has also served as Creative Strategy Director, leading initiatives for major clients such as Samsung Electronics and Sony, and engaged in academia as a Visiting Lecturer in Graphic Design at Teesside University. Early career experiences include roles at GAME Digital PLC as Creative Marketing Lead and Retail Design Team Lead, along with freelance graphic design work. Ross holds degrees in Brand Management from London Business School and Organizational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
