Elisabeth Jeannette Turner

Elisabeth Jeannette Turner is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in leadership development and academic program execution. Currently serving as Vice President of Leadership Development at NewGlobe, Elisabeth oversees professional development content for school staff across multiple countries. Previously, as Deputy Director of CLA, Communications, and Learning at Chemonics International, Elisabeth led efforts on the USAID Soma Umenye project to enhance project outcomes through a continuous cycle of learning and adaptation. With a strong background in supporting teacher development both in Rwanda and internationally, Elisabeth has also contributed as a consultant to the Rwanda Education Board and has held various educational roles, including teaching and training English. Elisabeth holds an EdM in Politics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA.
