Finbar Asoegwu

Finbar Asoegwu currently serves as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition at NewGlobe, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Finbar was Team Lead of High Volume Recruitment and Team Lead of Projects & Executive Search at Workforce Group from March 2019 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior HR Consultant and Team Lead of Recruitment for West Africa at WowJobs Consulting, where leadership was demonstrated over end-to-end business processes across the region from June 2016 to February 2019. Finbar began a recruiting career as a Recruitment Consultant at Best Search Recruitment Ltd, managing multi-country recruitment processes from January 2014 to May 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Anambra State University.
