Paul Courter

Paul Courter is currently the SVP/CFO at NewGround, a company specializing in planning, designing, and building branded spaces for various industries. Prior to joining NewGround, Paul worked at EY for over a decade, where Paul held the position of Assurance Senior Manager. During their time at EY, Paul demonstrated strong team leadership skills, technical accounting expertise in M&A transactions, SEC filings, consolidations, and risk management. Paul also had the opportunity to intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where Paul gained experience in analyzing bank records and supporting enforcement actions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
