Cynthia Travis

Cynthia Travis possesses extensive experience in customer service and project management, currently serving as a Customer Service representative at Newhaven Display since November 2020. Previously, Cynthia worked as a Customer Service Specialist at BBC Innovations, where responsibilities included troubleshooting assistance, product knowledge documentation, and blog creation. At Blue Wave Products, Cynthia held multiple roles, including EDI Specialist, managing Amazon orders and inventory levels, as well as leading the customer service team in training and procedural development. Prior experience includes roles at RR Donnelley and Bowne focusing on client services and project management. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The Ohio State University.
