John Scholten

John Scholten possesses extensive experience in both the education and hospitality sectors. Since August 2016, John has been a Host at New Holland Brewing Company, managing front of the house duties and assisting the manager as needed. Prior roles include a Recruiter at Metal Flow Corporation from December 2014 to March 2016 and a Coordinator at Agritek Industries, Inc. from September 2010 to July 2013, where John oversaw the activities of part-time employees and implemented effective orientation procedures. John also has a long tenure at West Ottawa Public Schools, serving as an Orchestra and Band Director from August 1985 to June 2010, while also coaching various sports. John’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Education from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Music Education from The University of Olivet.
