Gerdy Ling has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2003, they began working at Marco Rossi Rappresentanze as an Office Clerk, a position they held until 2007. In 2011, Gerdy returned to Marco Rossi Rappresentanze as an Office Clerk and worked there until 2012. In 2015, they joined TELAG AG as a Call Center Agent and later transitioned to the role of Project Support in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, Gerdy served as a Teamleader at TELAG AG. Most recently, they have been working at newhome.ch as a Senior Service Desk Manager since 2020 and have recently taken on the role of Head Customer Care in 2022.

Their most recent educational pursuit began in an unspecified year and is expected to end in 2023 at Berner Fachhochschule BFH. Here, Gerdy is pursuing a CAS degree in Service Management & Customer Experience.
