Gerdy Ling has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2003, they began working at Marco Rossi Rappresentanze as an Office Clerk, a position they held until 2007. In 2011, Gerdy returned to Marco Rossi Rappresentanze as an Office Clerk and worked there until 2012. In 2015, they joined TELAG AG as a Call Center Agent and later transitioned to the role of Project Support in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, Gerdy served as a Teamleader at TELAG AG. Most recently, they have been working at newhome.ch as a Senior Service Desk Manager since 2020 and have recently taken on the role of Head Customer Care in 2022.
Gerdy Ling has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended Centro Formativo Professionale Verona in Italy and obtained a degree in Travel Agent. Afterwards, they enrolled at KV Business School Zürich from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Commercial diploma (Handelsdiplom). The following year, from 2017 to 2018, Gerdy studied at KV Business School Zürich again and completed a degree in Accounting Administrator - Sachbearbeiterin Rechnungswesen (edupool.ch). Their most recent educational pursuit began in an unspecified year and is expected to end in 2023 at Berner Fachhochschule BFH. Here, Gerdy is pursuing a CAS degree in Service Management & Customer Experience.
