A.J. Jarvis

A.J. Jarvis has a significant work history in the real estate industry. A.J. started their career in 1997 with Taylor Woodrow as the Vice President of Land and Planning. A.J. worked there for eight years before joining Laing Luxury / Emaar as the Vice President of Acquisition and Development from 2005 to 2007. A.J. then moved to Emaar, where they worked as the Vice President of Acquisitions, Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they joined The New Home Company Inc. in 2010 as the Vice President of Land Acquisition & Planning. A.J. was later promoted to Division President, Southern California, a role they held from 2013 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the President of the Land Company at The New Home Company Inc.

A.J. Jarvis completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Environmental & Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1983 to 1988. Later, from 1993 to 1995, A.J. Jarvis pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
