Alex Walters

Alex Walters currently serves as the Director of Construction for Multi-Family projects at New Home Co., following a merger from Stanton Street Company. With extensive experience in construction management, Alex held the position of Director of Construction at Stanton Street Building Company and previously worked as Area Construction Manager at Taylor Morrison after the business merger from William Lyons. Alex’s earlier roles include Project Manager at William Lyons Homes and Project Manager in the Custom Home Division at Pahlisch Homes Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing budgets, staff, and construction processes. The career began at Polygon NW as a Field Manager, managing schedules and ensuring safety on single-family and multi-family sites.
