Jennifer Keller

Jennifer Keller, P.E. is an accomplished professional in the real estate and land development sector, currently serving as Division President at New Home Co. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Keller co-founded Hamilton Thomas Homes, where responsibilities included President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2021 to November 2023. Keller's experience also encompasses serving as Division President for William Lyon Homes from August 2018 to April 2020, President and Chief Operating Officer for Land Tejas from April 2014 to August 2018, and Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development at KB Home from October 2004 to April 2014. Additionally, Keller held the position of Director of Land Development Services at AECOM from September 1992 to October 2004.
