Tim Rapp is an experienced rugby professional with a diverse background in coaching and management. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member for Southern Rugby Alliance and the Director of Coaching Development at Newington College, Tim has previously held significant roles, including General Manager - Rugby and Head Coach for the Waratahs Rugby, along with coaching positions for Australian Rugby Union and junior representative teams. Tim's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Physical Education and Health, various coaching certifications, and an online course in Organizational Leadership from the Canterbury Crusaders. Tim's journey in rugby began as a professional player with New South Wales Waratahs Rugby, highlighting a commitment to the sport that spans multiple facets of coaching, education, and leadership.
