Gena Spiller is in the process of completing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Hartford, having previously earned a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Biology from Angelo State University.
