Vanessa Boneta

Vanessa Boneta has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Vanessa currently holds the position of Managing Director at Newland Associates, a CPI Firm since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Smart HR Solutions PR starting from March 2019. Vanessa's previous role was as the SVP of Human Resources at Marsh Saldaña Inc. from August 2005 to October 2018. Vanessa was responsible for various HR functions and acted as a strategic partner for the firm's leadership. Additionally, Vanessa also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Suiza Dairy Corp from 1999 to 2005.
