Cyrus Khajotia is an experienced professional in project management and audit with a strong background in insurance and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management at Newline Group since September 2023, Cyrus is responsible for developing the Agile Change Management framework, managing various key projects, and implementing comprehensive project management procedures. Prior to this role, Cyrus worked at Lancashire Insurance Group, where contributions included shaping the Change function, managing significant system implementations, and conducting internal audits across multiple entities. Additional experience includes extensive auditing work at XL Catlin and Ernst & Young, as well as a foundational role as a Mathematics Tutor at Kumon. Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UCL in Statistics, Economics, and Finance.
