Roland Sandker

Roland Sandker is an experienced project manager specializing in subsea projects across Germany, Denmark, and Taiwan at Deutsche Windtechnik since March 2016. Prior to this role, Roland held various project management positions at Ballast Nedam from 2006 to 2016, focusing on energy, infrastructure, and real estate. Key projects include the inspection and maintenance of offshore wind farms, involvement in major construction projects in Africa and Ghana, and the construction of a 1300MW power plant balance of plant. Earlier career experience includes engineering roles at Grontmij Group and Essent Milieu, where responsibilities encompassed designing and managing infrastructural constructions.
