Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Official at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practiced as a nutritionist in a private consulting setting from February 2016 to 2019, and taught university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
