Larissa Yllescas Phr

Larissa Yllescas, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles at NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc., and Marcum LLP. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and formerly as a Human Resources Coordinator, Larissa has honed skills in employee relations, program planning, and organizational strategies. Previous experience includes internships focused on communication and customer success at NEA and ShipHawk, as well as impactful roles at UCSB Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises and the UCSB Communication Association, where leadership and event planning were key responsibilities. Larissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
