Sior Rick Guild

Rick Guild, SIOR has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Rick is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Newmark Robinson Park since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rick owned and served as the President of The Guild Company starting from August 1997. Rick also worked as the Director of Leasing at Property Company of America from August 1992 to August 1997. Before that, they worked as the Director of Leasing at Trammell Crow Company from July 1983 to July 1992. Rick began their career as a Marketing Representative at Xerox starting in 1980.

Rick Guild, SIOR pursued their undergraduate education from 1975 to 1980 at Oklahoma State University. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
