Edward Goldmeier

Edward Goldmeier, CRRP, is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, bringing over 40 years of experience in the shopping center industry specializing in sales, leasing, and development. They have worked on various retail property types, including regional malls and strip centers, and have developed strategies for retailers entering the competitive Washington and Baltimore markets. Goldmeier has held key positions at firms such as Corridor Reznick, LLC, H&R Retail, and Grubb & Ellis. They are an inaugural recipient of the CRRP designation and among the first to obtain the CRX and CLS certifications. Goldmeier's insights also contribute to the FDIC's Beige Book reports.
