Jesse van Dyke

Jesse Van Dyke is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in tenant representation. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and North Central Region Market Leader at Newmark since September 2024, Jesse previously held the position of Director of National Leasing at Sterling Bay from June 2021 to September 2024. Prior roles include Vice President at WeWork from November 2018 to January 2021 and Managing Director at JLL from February 2008 to November 2018. Earlier in Jesse's career, Vice President roles were held at CB Richard Ellis from February 2000 to January 2008. Jesse earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from The University of Kansas, attending from 1995 to 2000, and completed high school at Edina High School in 1995.
