Liridon Rama

Liridon Rama is a Senior Property Manager at Newmark, overseeing properties such as 123 William Street, 1140 Avenue of Americas, and 200 West 41st Street in New York since June 2022. Prior to this role, Liridon held various positions at CBRE from August 2016 to June 2022, including Property Manager, Associate Real Estate Manager, Assistant Real Estate Manager, Service Coordinator, and participated in an internship. Liridon pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016 and is currently enhancing expertise in property management with the RPA designation from Boma, which has been ongoing since 2019.
