Luis Alvarado

Luis Alvarado is the Chief Revenue Officer & East Region Market Leader at Newmark. Luis has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Newmark, they were the President East Region at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2008 to October 2015.

Luis Alvarado has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Central Connecticut State University, as well as a certification from Emtrain in Preventing Workplace Harassment. Luis is currently pursuing their MBA in Accounting and Finance at the University of Connecticut.
