Peter Harwood

Peter Harwood is a seasoned professional in the field of capital markets transactions, currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at Newmark since November 2019, specializing in office and industrial properties across the Midwest and having transacted over $12 billion in commercial real estate sales. Prior to this role, Peter spent over 20 years at JLL as a Managing Director, where a variety of positions within the Capital Markets group, including four years in Manhattan and two years in London, provided a robust foundation in real estate investment sales, financial analysis, and corporate finance. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and completed a one-year, non-degree program in Comparative Culture at Sophia University.
