Sean Moynihan

Sean Moynihan is the EVP, Regional Managing Director and Southeast Market Leader at Newmark. Sean was previously a Principal at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate, and before that, a Senior Vice President - Tenant Advisor at Grubb & Ellis. Sean has also held the positions of Senior Director-Tenant Advisor at Carter and Managing Director-Tenant Advisor at Newmark Knight Frank. Sean began their career as an Associate-Tenant Advisor at Newmark Knight Frank in January 2003.

Sean Moynihan has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Monmouth University and a degree from St. Rose High School.
