Stefan Burch MRICS

Stefan Burch MRICS currently serves as the Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where Stefan leads the Valuation & Advisory practice in the Middle East, offering commercial real estate valuation and development services to various clients, including government entities and corporate developers. Prior to joining Newmark in April 2025, Stefan held several key positions, including Partner and Head of Real Estate in the Middle East at Deloitte, and Director at Knight Frank Middle East. Stefan's earlier experience includes roles as Associate Director at Cluttons, Chartered Surveyor at Cluttons, and Partner at Knight Frank, overseeing operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Educationally, Stefan holds a Master’s Degree in Architectural History from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s Degree in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School.
