Timothy Bianchi

Timothy Bianchi is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where they focus on office leasing in the Downtown Boston and Cambridge markets. Since joining the company in 2015, Timothy has represented both tenants and landlords in leasing transactions. Prior to Newmark, Timothy was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield for eight years and played a significant role in their Emerging Leaders Advisory Group. With earlier experience as Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, Timothy contributed to notable acquisitions and brokerage services. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Middlebury College.
