Abigail Ofori

Abigail Ofori is an experienced Underground Production Geologist at Newmont Corporation since September 2019, following a role as a Graduate Trainee at GOLD FIELDS from December 2018 to September 2019. Prior to that, Abigail served as a Geologist at GOLDFIELDS GHANA LIMITED from August 2017 to August 2019 and completed a service personnel role from September 2017 to September 2018. Abigail's professional journey began with internships at Ghana Manganese Company Ltd. and GOLD FIELDS in 2016 and 2015, respectively, along with teaching Science and Math at Bright Bernic Academy in 2014. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), earned between 2013 and 2017.
