Braden Buye

Braden Buye is an accomplished mining professional with extensive experience in technical services and management roles across several prominent mining companies. Currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Newmont Corporation since October 2024, Braden's career includes significant positions such as Manager of Mining at Hecla Mining Company and Alexco Resource Corp., as well as Mine Superintendent and Production Engineer at Coeur Mining, Inc. Additionally, Braden has a strong foundation in engineering, having worked as a Construction Foreman and Mine Engineer EIT at Cameco Corporation. Braden holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Alberta, completed in 2012.
