Darren Schmidt

Darren Schmidt is an experienced professional in supply chain management and business integration, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Business Integration at Newmont Corporation since November 2010. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Global Business Process Manager at Newmont Corporation. From June 2005 to November 2010, Darren worked as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at Mincom, and earlier, served as a Systems Administrator at DITU RBAF from 2002 to 2005. Darren began a career in supply chain management as a Supply Sailor in the Royal Australian Navy from 1988 to 2001, which complemented a strong foundation with experience at Mincom Pty. Ltd. as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant between 2005 and 2010.
