Glen Iverson

Glen Iverson is an experienced mining professional currently serving as the Superintendent of Underground Mining at Newmont Corporation since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing underground operations and mining contractors, as well as providing technical services leadership and team mentorship. Prior roles at Newmont include Senior Mine Engineer and Mine Engineer, with significant responsibilities in mine engineering, project management, and operational oversight. Previous experience also includes positions with Lundin Gold Ecuador, CanMine Contracting LP, Norwest Corporation, Jacob Bros Construction, De Beers Group, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, and Copper Mountain Mining Corp. Glen Iverson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2015.
