Iain Kelso

Iain Kelso is an experienced geologist currently serving as the Chief Geologist for the South America Region and Director of Exploration for LATAM at Newmont Corporation since May 2015. Prior to this role, Iain was the Manager of Mineral Resource Geology at Newmont. Iain has a background as the Owner and Consulting Geologist at Enneract Corp., where management and technical consultation services were provided to various corporate clients from September 2008 to April 2015. Additional experience includes holding the position of Vice President Exploration at Quia Resources Inc., as well as geologist roles at Caracle Creek International Consulting, Pacific Northwest Capital Group, and FALCONBRIDGE LTD. Iain holds a HBSc in Geography and a BSc in Geology from Lakehead University.
