Igor Makarov

Igor Makarov is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in various roles, primarily within Newmont Corporation and CIBER Inc. Currently serving as a Global Technical Training Specialist at Newmont Corporation since December 2021, Igor previously held multiple managerial and analytical positions within the same organization, contributing significantly to information management and business relationship management from January 2012 to August 2021. Prior to this, Igor worked at CIBER Inc. in various capacities focused on SharePoint and systems engineering from February 1998 to January 2012. Additional roles include supporting IT services for the Bureau of Land Management and volunteer work as a Bookstore Assistant Manager at All Saints of Russia Orthodox Church. Igor holds a Master's degree in English and German Languages from Pomorsk State University, awarded in 1992.
