Kristy Lennox

Kristy Lennox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate labour relations. Currently serving as Director, People Business Partner for the Red Chris Block Cave Project at Newmont Corporation since July 2025, Kristy previously held the role of Director of Human Resources for North America and Peru at APTIM from May 2023 to August 2025. Kristy's background also includes serving as Human Resources Manager for BC Operations at Interfor, and Senior Advisor for Corporate Labour Relations at Syncrude Canada Ltd. Additional experience encompasses roles at Shell as a Human Resources Advisor and earlier positions in academic and international settings, including human resources liaison at Carleton University and research support roles in organizations like WUSC and the Liu Institute for Global Issues. Kristy holds several advanced degrees in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, and International Relations from institutions such as Simon Fraser University and Queens University.
