Mark Mori

Mark Mori is an experienced geologist currently serving as Superintendent of Geology at Newmont Australia since November 2023. Previously, Mark held various positions at Newcrest Mining from 2008 to 2023, including Superintendent of Geology and Senior Geologist roles focused on resource estimation, reconciliation, and production activities at the Telfer Gold Mine. Mark's extensive career encompasses responsibilities in grade modeling, underground drilling operations, and geological mapping, beginning with a foundation in exploration during early career roles. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from Monash University between 2006 and 2009, following education at Xavier College, which concluded in 2005.
