Melissa Harmon

Melissa Harmon has over two decades of experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Group Head of Technical Transformation & Non-Managed Operations at Newmont Corporation since May 2000. Throughout the tenure at Newmont, Melissa has held various roles including Vice President of Productivity, General Manager, and Chief Mine Engineer. Additionally, since November 2023, Melissa has been a member of the Board of Directors at Lundin Gold Inc. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mine Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
