Stefan van der Merwe Mieaust

Stefan van der Merwe MIEAust is a skilled electrical and electronics engineer with extensive experience in project specialization within the mining industry. Currently serving as a Project Specialist at Newmont Corporation since November 2023, Stefan previously held a similar position at Newcrest Mining from March 2020 to November 2023, focusing on electrical and mechanical projects. Prior roles include Associate Engineer - Commissioning and Engineering Intern at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories from April 2018 to March 2020, as well as Junior Commissioning Engineer at Electrical Expertise for six months in 2017.
