Suzy Ricklefs

Suzy Ricklefs has over two decades of experience in finance and accounting, primarily with Newmont Corporation since August 2004, where Suzy holds the position of Head of FP&A for Global Business Units. Suzy's roles have included Senior Director of Global Business Process Owner for Finance, Director of Integration and Finance Systems, and Regional Controller for South America, among others. Notable achievements include managing key areas such as Accounting, Business Planning, Tax, and Treasury related to the Conga Project and conducting lean six-sigma analyses to enhance departmental processes. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Auditor at EY and as a Financial Analyst at University of Iowa Health Care. Suzy Ricklefs earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
