M. Celeste Frugé

M. Celeste Fruge has extensive experience in corporate legal leadership, currently serving as Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Newpark since April 2008. Previous roles at Newpark include Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Newpark, M. Celeste Fruge worked as an Associate at Winstead PC from April 2001 to March 2008 and at Stibbs & Burbach from January 1998 to April 2001. M. Celeste Fruge holds degrees from Loyola Law School New Orleans and Loyola University New Orleans.
