Tighe Cottle has extensive experience in talent development and technical training. Tighe Cottle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in the period from 2011 to 2014. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Tighe pursued a Master's degree in Business from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program.
