Tighe Cottle

Tighe Cottle has extensive experience in talent development and technical training. Tighe worked at Newpark as the Director of Talent Development, where they led global training and employee competency programs. Tighe also played a key role in HR projects related to talent selection, recruitment, and management. Tighe established an innovative employee appraisal and succession planning effort for technical personnel. Prior to this, they were the Director of Technical Training at Newpark.

Before joining Newpark, Tighe worked at Halliburton as the Technical Development Manager for Boots & Coots, where they coordinated technical training and employee development initiatives. Tighe also served as the Curriculum Development Manager, overseeing all phases of internal training and managing a staff of 10. Tighe's experience at Halliburton also includes their role as the Global Training Manager for Halliburton & Baroid, where they trained engineers and managed a team of 10 instructors, ensuring competency levels were raised for field representatives and technical professionals. Tighe also oversaw annual budgets and remained within stated constraints and time frames. Tighe's work experience spans over 20 years in the oil and gas industry.

Tighe Cottle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in the period from 2011 to 2014. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Tighe pursued a Master's degree in Business from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program.
