Thomas Johanns

Thomas Johanns is a Business Intelligence Analyst at Newpharma since October 2013, previously holding roles as Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Support Client. Prior to Newpharma, Thomas worked at Teleperformance Benelux from October 2007 to October 2013 as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Advisor for French and German iPhone support, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as a Pizzaiolo at Pizzeria Napoli from 2003 to September 2007. Thomas pursued education at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège from 2005 to 2007, and attended the University of Liège in various capacities from 2003 to 2005, culminating in a CESS in Natural Sciences from Athénée Royal Ardenne - Hautes Fagnes from 2000 to 2003.
