Dena Vellone has extensive work experience in contract management and sales, primarily at New Pig Corporation. Dena started their career at the company in 1994 as a Corporate Contract Manager, where they were responsible for negotiating contracts with Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies. Their role involved preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations, developing standard contract language, analyzing contract requirements and provisions, and ensuring contract execution in accordance with corporate guidelines. Dena also conducted research on companies, audited existing contracts, and oversaw contract modifications. Additionally, Dena visited client sites, monitored contract performance, trained the sales team on contract responsibilities, and managed corporate relationships. Dena also held a role as a Corporate Sales Account Manager, where they managed multiple locations of Fortune 1000 corporations and provided product solutions for manufacturing plants. Dena also served as a Blue Ribbon Account Manager at New Pig Corporation from 2005 to 2006.
Dena Vellone obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Mount Aloysius College between 1987 and 1989. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from PennWest Edinboro from 1987 to 1992.
