Wendy Forrest, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Wendy is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at New Pig, where they are responsible for handling recruitment and hiring for various positions. Previously, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Powdr-Woodward and Sippel Development Co., Inc., where they managed various HR functions. At Rice Energy, they worked as an HR Generalist-Recruitment, handling talent management across different sectors. Wendy also worked as an HR Generalist-Benefits at Vincentian Collaborative System, where they focused on benefits administration and employee relations. Earlier in their career, Wendy served as a Human Resources Assistant at Pittsburgh Pirates and worked in the front of the house at Hoss's Steak & Sea House.

Wendy Forrest holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
